Our homecare services are provided on an hourly basis.

We are able to provide care from 1- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with full back-up coverage.

We are licensed, insured
and bonded.

Daily Care
Practical Care also provides care on a daily basis or "live-in" as an option for clients who want 24 hour care and can allow a caregiver to sleep at least 8 hours a night.

Home Care
The Practical and Loving Choice

Studies show that 97% of people over the age of 70 prefer to live at home. Staying at home promotes independence and joy in life. Many families often try to honor this choice, but the added responsibility it brings can take its toll on an already hectic life. Practical Care Continuum offers family in Travis, Williamson, Hays and Bell Counties a practical and loving choice for senior home care.

OUR SERVICES CONSIST OF:

Homemaker Services which includes assistance with shopping, light housekeeping, errands, laundry and meal preparation.

Safety Supervision and companionship for those people who are in generally good health but for various reasons can not be safely left alone.

Medical Escorts that can transport someone to and from the doctor and provide notes of the visit for the family.

Personal Care for Activities of Daily Living tasks such as toileting, bathing, dressing and grooming.

We also provide short term Case Management services by a licensed social worker on an hourly basis for those who don't know where to start in the maze of health care options. You do not have to be a home care client to utilize our Case Management Services.
