Practical Care Continuum is not a home health agency and no medical training is needed.  We do hire experienced Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides as well as caring individuals who want to provide companion care.  Basic training is available for individuals new to the home care environment.  An initial paid orientation is required by all new workers.
