We work diligently to maintain the highest standards for screening, training and monitoring our caregivers. Every caregiver we hire must consistently demonstrate a sincere and respectful desire to help our clients remain independent while providing a higher quality of life.
We also pride ourselves in caring about our employees. We go out of our way to make each employee feel like a part of our team. We provide incentives for improvement and recognize great performance.
All of our caregivers are employees of Practical Care Continuum, Inc.. We withhold all necessary employment taxes and provide benefits for each employee which relieves our clients from the burden of these liabilities.
