Community Outreach
A commitment to Caring
Practical Care Continuum has made community outreach an integral part of its business philosophy. Each year we strive to help area non-profits enhance and maintain thier client's lives by assisting with fundraisers and donations. We also sponsor several networking meetings for the health care social workers. If we are indeed judged by the company we keep, then Practical Care Continuum is truly blessed by our valuable network and associations with area business and non-profits.
Faith in Action Caregivers
Each year Practical Care Continuum, along with Response Link and Merrill Gardens, sponsor an annual "Tea Tasting" in Round Rock and "Coffee Talk" in central Austin to raise funds for these much needed community services. For more information click here http://www.faithinactioncaregivers.org

SafePlace
Each year during the holiday season Practical Care auctions off baskets to it's caregivers that where put together by the office staff. It's a wonderful way for our caregivers to recieve baskets full of baby supplies, kitchen gadgets, and movie fun and support a worthy cause. www.austin-safeplace.org
